In Divers’ transformation project “Boss Ladies FGU”, we support young FGU students on their path to education and employment. We create empowering communities for young women and gender minorities, built on positive relationships and activities that strengthen self-confidence and life skills. Through Boss Ladies FGU, ambassadors gain real-world experience that shows their skills are valued – and that they can inspire the next generation of FGU students.

Maria Hostrup has made the journey from FGU to a skilled vocational education as a nutrition assistant. In primary school, she was told that her autism made her unfit for education. Now, she dreams of preparing healthy meals for children and young people. As a role model in Boss Ladies FGU, she shares her story to inspire everyone from FGU students to policymakers.
