Carina Hammer

Carina Hammer works on developing Divers’ climate initiatives and establishing a national programme for students and apprentices. She has many years of experience designing programmes, partnerships, and engagement initiatives that bring people together around shared societal challenges.
Previously, Carina has worked with the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Tomorrow – Festival for Sustainable Action, the UIA World Congress of Architects, and the Danish Design Center. Throughout her career, she has focused on sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, learning, and organisational change.
