Kristian specializes in developing concrete gender equality initiatives, which he implements in collaboration with Divers’ partners in the education sector and the labor market, both nationally and internationally. He has a background in Global Refugee Studies and experience from organizations such as Videnskab.dk.
Kristian is the project manager for EuroSkills 2025.
