Nina Groes has extensive national and international experience in developing and implementing diversity strategies and communication. She is the founder of Divers, former CEO of KVINFO (Denmarkâs Knowledge Center for Gender and Equality).
Nina is among other a member of The Danish Armed Forces’ Advisory Board for gender equality in the compulsory military service and a board member in Byggeriets Diversitetsdag. She has served as a chairman in DBU’s Diversity Committee, a part of the chairmanship in Taskforce Welfare Odense, a member of the expert group in Copenhagen’s municipality to prevent social control etc.
Nina Groes was appointed to the board in 2018, woman, born in 1978. Nina is not considered independent, as she is the director and founder of the foundation.
