Trine specializes in diversity and gender equality transformation, developing and implementing concrete diversity strategies for Divers’ target groups in the education sector. She also works on building strong communities within Divers’ transformation projects. Trine holds a degree in sociology and has experience from organizations such as 3F and Sex & Samfund.
