Yolande specializes in peer-to-peer communication, teaching, and relational work, focusing on building and strengthening communities within Divers’ transformation projects. She holds a degree in ethnology and has experience from Dansk Almennyttigt Boligselskab (DAB) and as a volunteer ambassador in the Unge På Vej project.
